2. What data we collect

We only collect the data you provide voluntarily through the contact form or by email:

  • First and last name
  • Email address and phone number
  • Company name
  • The content of your messages

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Responding to enquiries and preparing proposals — steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
  • Performing a contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
  • Complying with legal obligations, e.g. accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)
  • Sending information about our services — only with your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)

4. Recipients

Data is processed by providers that help us run the website and receive enquiries — hosting, email delivery and storage — acting as processors under a contract with us. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

5. Retention

Contact-form data is kept for 12 months and then deleted, unless a contractual or legal obligation requires longer retention.

6. Cookies and analytics

The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. For anonymous visit statistics we use Umami — a cookieless tool hosted on our own server that does not collect data identifying visitors.

In your browser (localStorage) we only remember whether you dismissed the announcement at the top of the site.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Erasure (the “right to be forgotten”)
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time
