What are EU programmes?
EU programmes are grant-funding measures co-financed by the European Union through which Bulgarian micro, small and medium-sized enterprises receive funds for investment, innovation, digitalisation and the green transition. Each procedure has its own eligibility conditions, grant amount and eligible costs.

What is an EU programme and how can it help my business?

How do I know which specific EU programme I can apply for?
Each procedure has specific conditions — enterprise category, minimum revenue, place of implementation and eligible costs. Contact us and we will assess which current EU programme your business is eligible for.
What does “EU project contractor” mean?
The contractor is the company that delivers the assets or services funded by the project — for example, building the software or deploying the system. The beneficiary selects the contractor through a public-invitation procedure under CoM Decree 4/2024, and the cost is recognised when the project is reported.
