Who the procedure is for

The funding targets micro, small and medium-sized enterprises planning to implement a new or improved product, service or business process within an eligible Local Action Group (LAG) territory and falling within the ISIS 2021–2027 thematic areas.

The maximum grant cannot exceed 100% of the applicant's average annual net sales revenue for 2023, 2024 and 2025. Support is provided under the de minimis regime.

Who Can Apply?

Micro, small and medium enterprises registered no later than 31.12.2023

With a registered office within an eligible LAG territory

Having operated within the same territory in 2023, 2024 and 2025

That will implement the project within that territory

Micro enterprises are eligible only in settlements within the designated urban municipalities included in the LAG scope.

Licenses required to implement the innovation

The total cost of patents, utility models, industrial designs and licenses cannot exceed €50,000.

Technologies for healthy living, bioeconomy and biotechnology

New technologies in the creative and recreational industries

Clean technologies, circular and low-carbon economy

The innovation may be new to the enterprise itself, but it must lead to the genuine implementation of a new or significantly improved product, service or business process.
